All utilities are in good working condition.
Refrigerator and roof air conditioner are newer than the trailer by about 15
years or so.
Has original upholstery that probably needs to be replaced.
The marks along the side are superficial and look like they
will buff out when polished.
The two
photos of the floor show the two bad spots in the tile, one by the table and
other by the bathroom.
