This was done for a customer that wanted a small office to put in their yard. The interior paneling was replaced, new wiring was added along with a roof air conditioner and new roof vent. New sub floor was laid down with wood-look vinyl flooring over. Original cabinets were retained and refinished, missing window was replaced, rear solid pane window replaced with one that has louvers at each end. New exterior lights installed. Outside painted, Front and rear window covers for shade, new tires, and ready to go!
1958 Arrowhead

This trailer came to us empty and the buyer wanted to convert it into a concession trailer to sell Snow Cones and Ice Cream in Seaside, Florida. We removed the window on the driver's side and enlarged the opening as well as adding a second one the same size. Doors for the new openings were made, a roof air conditioner was installed, electrical was upgraded, customer's sinks, and counters were installed. Diamond plate aluminum was laid on the floor.
